Creative Director | Experience Design & Strategy

Strategy Meets Design

Currently leading UI/UX at Interactive Avenues, creating research-led pitch narratives, UX strategy, and product directions for brands and digital teams.

Where strategy meets design direction

My work sits at the intersection of research, product thinking, storytelling, and creative leadership. I enjoy taking vague asks, scattered inputs, and ambitious goals, and turning them into something teams can align around and build with confidence.

Design Leadership

I work closely with teams to bring structure to ambiguity, sharpen ideas, and raise the quality of what gets shipped.

A little about the person behind the process

I’m Vishal Wagh, a Creative Director and strategic design leader with over 13 years of experience in UI/UX, experience design, and digital strategy. I currently lead UI/UX work at Interactive Avenues, where I collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape products, pitch narratives, and digital experiences for major brands.

Over the years, my role has grown from designing screens to shaping thinking—guiding teams, framing opportunities, and helping ideas move from ambiguity to execution.

Notes from the journey

Beyond client work, I also write about design leadership, UX strategy, creative growth, and the lessons that come from building teams and solving real-world experience problems over time.
