The Ask

The audit revealed a few major issues: unclear hierarchy, cluttered layouts, weak search performance, inconsistent icons, and poor mobile responsiveness. The homepage lacked a strong first impression and made it difficult for users to quickly understand what the Ministry offers.

The Work

We restructured the homepage around clarity, priority, and ease of scanning. Important services, news, and ministry updates were brought forward, while spacing, typography, and section grouping were refined to create a more logical user journey.

The visual language is clean, calm, and official, with a muted energy-focused palette and strong image-led storytelling. High contrast, consistent typography, and balanced spacing were used to improve readability and reduce visual noise

UX Ideology

The design follows a simple principle: help users understand the page in seconds. Each section was built to feel purposeful, with clear labels, visible interaction cues, and a layout that supports quick decision-making on both desktop and mobile.

Key Improvements

  • Clearer information hierarchy.

  • Better mobile readability and responsiveness.

  • More consistent icon and visual styling.

  • Stronger section spacing and alignment.

  • More prominent service and CTA placement.

  • A cleaner, more professional homepage experience.

The final concept makes the Ministry’s content feel more accessible, structured, and modern. It improves the overall browsing experience while reinforcing trust, clarity, and public-service value.
